We encourage you to use public transportation, Muni lines 28, 29 and 43 bring you into the Presidio and the PresidiGo shuttle brings you to the event.

OceanFest raffle to benefit the programs of the non-profit Farallones Marine Sanctuary Association.

Individual purchasers of tickets must be 18 years of age or older.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing at OceanFest on Saturday, October 6, 2007, at or about 3pm in the event footprint: Sanctuary Visitor Center, West Crissy Field, San Francisco.
- Winners need not be present to claim prizes.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and certified mail if not present at time of drawing.

If, for any reason, winner does not claim prize within (14) days of certified mail receipt, an alternate winner will be drawn.
- Raffle tickets are a $10 donation each.
- No more than 2,000 raffle tickets will be sold.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of raffle tickets held at the drawing.
- No purchase necessary.
- Some restrictions apply, including available dates of travel and health eligibility requirements by Blue Waters Kayaking.

Neither the winner or the transferee is entitled to any financial remuneration, should they not be able to participate for any reason prior to the expiration date.

Employees of prize donators, The National Marine Sanctuaries and the Farallones Marine Sanctuary Association and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible.

Payment of all applicable Federal, State, and Local Taxes, fees, and surcharges are the responsibility of the winners.

The name of the winners will be disclosed by law and submitted to the office of the Attorney General of California.

Raffle tickets are available by calling 415.561.6625 x307 before OceanFest, and at OceanFest until the time of the drawing.

Winners accepting prizes agree that all prizes are awarded on the condition that FMSA and their agents, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use or non-use of the prizes.
