For Seadrift Residents

The South End of Bolinas Lagoon is part of Seadrift’s common area and one of the last places where the shoreline still has room to adapt.

We have an opportunity to protect it now, before rising tides, erosion, and invasive plants cause lasting change.

Project

This project is led by the Greater Farallones Association, in partnership with the Seadrift Association, Marin County, and Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary.

We’re currently in the design phase, and your input is very helpful.

Why Now?

This stretch of shoreline is under increasing pressure. With your input, we can:

  • Restore habitat for birds and wildlife
  • Stabilize the shoreline
  • Maintain trail access and views
  • Reflect Seadrift’s values and stewardship

We want to understand how you use this area and what matters most to you.

Share Your Input

Take our short 3-question survey. Your input will help shape the final design.

Thank you for taking the time to help protect this incredible stretch of the Lagoon. It’s exciting to move forward together with a project built on Seadrift’s leadership and local knowledge.
