Sharktoberfest brings together fellow non-profits, scientists, artists, wildlife photographers, and more, to engage 1,000+ people of all ages in celebrating the annual return of the white sharks to the Gulf of the Farallones! Sharks are vitally important to the marine food web and to our local ocean ecosystem. Through a fun-filled day of games, films, art, food, drinks, and more, Sharktoberfest guests celebrate these amazing animals while learning how we can protect them. Attendees leave with a smile, a sense of community, and more knowledge about the incredible ocean wildlife beyond the Golden Gate!
Your support of this unique community event helps raise public awareness of shark conservation and protect local marine life. We offer three tiers for sponsorship:
We will honor your sponsorship by including your logo on day-of signage, linking to your website on the event webpage, and posting to social media channels that reach over 5,000 individuals in the Bay Area. There are also opportunities to exhibit at the event. Most importantly, your generous support will engage the public in learning about ocean conservation and the amazing wildlife found just off our shores.
